We are promoting a work style reform project so that all employees can work in comfort.

With work style reform underway in different lines of business, the YAMCO Group is also undertaking homegrown initiatives.
The ultimate goal of the reform is to help individual employees evaluate their own work styles to streamline operations and improve motivation for growth.

    We have introduced a system that allows employees to choose their own work hours in line with their lifestyles.

    Employees can start any time between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning and end at the corresponding time. We also offer excellent annual paid leave as well as childcare leave and other programs. We accommodate a wide range of employee lifestyles.

    We provide brown-rice boxed lunches to promote employee health.

    We provide nutritionally balanced boxed lunches with an impressive assortment of daily specials to all employees free of charge. We also recommend that our employees undergo regular medical examinations to promote initiatives and interest in personal health.

    Our offices and even our plants are fully air-conditioned to create comfortable working environments.

    Extreme temperatures can disrupt concentration and lead to accidents. To mitigate these risks, we have installed large air conditioning systems in our offices as well as our plants. The aim is to increase motivation by creating comfortable working environments.

    We provide stylish, comfortable uniforms to bring some fashion into work attire.

    Our project to promote work style reform involves regular meetings.

    We are promoting reform that corresponds to real-world conditions. Specifically, representatives from Yamashin Industry, Yamashin Steel, and Kusuda Kinzoku meet regularly to discuss how to increase productivity while leveraging the individuality and lifestyles of our employees.
